And I'm no stranger to these statistics - I was close to not having a Dad to celebrate my 24th birthday. I know the signs, I know first hand the pain it causes, and I know what went wrong. It’s why I speak to share his story and teach you what Dad I learned throughout his battle with severe depression, so that you can:
